Any item purchased from Accessories4less.com may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Items damaged (physical shipping damage) in shipping are returned at no cost to our customers.

Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the ORIGINAL CARTON, all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Items cannot be returned without the original packaging.

Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For identical even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

Restocking Fee

All items returned for a refund WILL BE assessed an automatic restocking fee as follows. 10% for refurbished or new unopened items. 15% for items sold as new and have been opened and/or used. Shipping costs incurred & paid to Fedex are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount also (regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping".). The original shipping we paid to Fedex will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount ($8.99 is not what it cost us to ship the order). These fees apply to ALL RETURNS for REFUND unless you received the wrong item, the item is defective (see below for defective return details), a physically damaged product due to shipping damage, or the fee is prohibited by law.

Defective exchanges 

Accessories4less will replace any defective item purchased from Accessories4less.com within 30 days from date of purchase that it has determined to be defective. Shipping charges for defective exchanges will be paid for by Accessories4less or the manufacture, including return shipping cost and cost to ship the replacement. Prepaid shipping will apply to Fedex ground shipping charges only. No prepaid air shipping is offered. See below for required authorization approval. Prepaid exchanges apply to the Continental US only!

You must have ALL original box/packaging for a prepaid defective exchange. If you DO NOT have the original box/packaging, you will need to purchase a replacement item (same as original order) and use that packaging for the return fo the defective item. If this is done, we will provide a repaid return label to have the defective item returned for a refund. 

All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please go to our website at  www.accessories4less.com and click on the "RETURN AN ITEM" link at the bottom of any page under customer service. Enter all info requested, and allow up to 2 business days for a response. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 5 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number. 

Non-Defective Returns
Items cannot be returned without the original packaging. Non-defective products returned to us for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less any cost we incurred in connection to shipping the product, regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping". The original shipping we paid to Fedex will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount ($8.99 is not what it cost us to ship the order). All items returned for a refund WILL BE assessed an automatic restocking fee as follows. 10% for refurbished or new unopened items. 15% for items sold as new and have been opened and/or used. These fees apply unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.  Items returned incomplete (original boxes, accessories, remote, power cord, etc.) will be automatically assessed an additional 10% restocking fee or the cost of missing items, whichever is greater.

Defective Returns
Defective Products returned for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less any cost we incurred in connection to shipping your product to you, regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping" If the item is being returned as “defective”, it will be fully tested upon return (if applicable as some items are returned directly to the manufacturer and cannot be tested by us). If no defect is found, an automatic restocking fee as follows. 10% for refurbished or new unopened items. 15% for items sold as new and have been opened and/or used. Any missing accessories cost will be reduced from the refund amount.

Damaged Deliveries

We must be notified with 72 hours of you receiving your order of any damaged item. Please email us at [email protected] with pictures of the damage and your order information.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories4less is unable to accept returns of the following items:

  • Cut-to-length wire/cable
  • Special order merchandise
  • Projection bulbs
  •  Any product with a service activation feature

Home Theater Packages

Defective items contained within home theater packages, are sent in for repair only. As home theater packages are a serialized product, we cannot exchange any part of it. 

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping any returned product. Acessories4less (or the manufacturer) will pay for return shipping (continental US only) of a defective item only if it is being returned for an exchange within 30 days of date of purchase AND if all of the original box and packing materials are intact and used (replacement items are sent via FedEx Ground ONLY!).

We will not pay for the return of any item being returned for a refund, regardless of the reason (cosmetic or otherwise).  Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 5 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number 
 
Refused packages
Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges

eBay Purchases
No returns accepted. If you have a problem, you can request a defective exchange only within 14 days from Date of Purchase.

Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing 

Low Stock / Out of Stock Items
Should your item be defective and Accessories4less either has low stock or no stock of the item, we reserve the right to have the item sent for servicing at our discretion
