KEF's new low profile bass/midrange driver design throws the dome out and puts in a twin-layer unit with a flat diaphragm constructed of thin ribs that maintain rigidity throughout the frequency range. The result? The driver acts as a single, unified resonance-reducing unit for unbeatable audio fidelity. On a high note, the one-inch vented tweeter provides accurate reproduction of vocals as well as pure high notes — even at high volume levels. KEF's special "tangerine" waveguide disperses the sound evenly for a truly exceptional 3D sound experience.
